Everything was shipped from the opposite side of the country which can be a little scary in terms of damage or whatnot, but everything came without damage aside from a small crack in one of the fridge door shelves, which applianceconnection has been very helpful in replacing without cost to me. I ordered a Hallman dual fuel 48"range on January 4th 2019. This product typically has a very long lead time as it is imported from Italy. We received delivery of the range on January 24th in perfect condition. The purchase of the product was simple and the communication from Appliances Connection was consistent and timely. We were contacted weekly and the delivery company updated us several times along the delivery route. The stove is absolutely beautiful. It's stainless steel with oil rubbed bronze handles.
