Shorena was very helpful with my order and helping me get my rebates back! I totally forgot about the Samsung rebates and Shorena called me to remind me about them. She even submitted the claim for me. I didn't have to do a thing. This is a great company.

When I sent an email on a Sunday night with a problem regarding my order (the problem was on MY end, not theirs), I was expecting to have to call on Monday morning, and I wasn't expecting an easy resolution to my issue (again, because it was MY problem, not theirs). Instead, I received an email response within an hour. On Monday morning, they sent me a direct number to call, which was answered in less than a minute, and 3 minutes later an understanding and helpful customer service agent has resolved my problem. I bought the Simmons Gavin Collection 7592BR-03LB-03R Sectional with Reversible Cushions, Toss Pillows Included, Pocket Coil Seating, Hardwood Lumber Frame and Chenille Fabric Upholstery in Linen Color. It is absolutely gorgeous and VERY comfortable. I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery but at the price I paid it was worth it.
