My shipment was processed within 48 hours of placing the order. The customer service is efficient and very curtious. They kept me informed with the processing of my order. The trucking company AM trucking was great. The 2 guys took care of everything and took great care. There is one wire harness that we're not sure what it's for but other than that. Everything went better than expected. I shopped this refrigerator for a week before pulling the trigger. Appliance Connection ended up being over $*** less than anywhere I found. I will be ordering all my appliances from them this spring when we build our new home!
