I have ordered 4 separate orders from them: dishwasher, cooktop + double oven + hood, washer, and then gas dryer. Not once have I been disappointed. The delivery is slower than using a local place, yes, BUT you do not have to pay sales tax for most of the country which is a huge savings.

Purchase process seems flawless, but now the ball is in your court. Getting the item out the door timely weighs heavily on my return. - If you have a gift-receipt option I would like to see it placed in a better location.
