the frames are great, the check out is very difficult if i want to pay with a credit or debit card instead of my paypal account. the checkout won't take the cards and when i paid by phone, that got complicated too. had to place an order then call in to make payment, couldn't place order over the phone and make payment at the same time. the frames are great however!

I ordered the wrong size frames which, yes, completely my fault. However, I have tried numerous times to get in touch to figure out exchange options and have yet to get a response. It's been over a week.

These weren't the same frame I bought previously. The new frames were fake barnwood.

Requested an exchange. Heard nothing for a few days. Sent frames back with exchange request. Suddenly got a note stating no returns even though my exchange would have been for more money. Sent frames back in the meantime because I hadn't heard, so I guess I lost money and product. Never ordering again.
