I tried ordering off your site several different times. Your paypal agreement would not accept my business credit card that I use everywhere else. So I tried my personal card and it wouldn't accept it, then I tried my friends debit card and it wouldn't accept it. So if you are just trying to get everyone to pay the upcharge by calling in to pay for their frames you should just say that at the beginning.
