I ordered a pink mat for a 11x14 picture. The color was great but it took over a week to get it and it was warped and slightly off square so it didn't fit into the frame and I had to cut into shape but it would have taken too long to reorder. I'm hoping it will settle into the frame. It didn't look bad after putting it all together.

After resolving a delivery issue (FedEx issue, not 5 Dollar Frames problem) I discovered that the four mats were incorrect (red over blue rather than blue over red). A quick phone call confirmed that I had placed the order correctly and it was filled wrong. The young lady at 5 Dollar promised to send me correct mats and they were delivered less than 3 days later. Great customer service.

The frame is beautiful, but I wish that you had not put all those staples in it that I had to remove, and they were hard to get out. I had a 5/8" stretched canvas to insert into the frame so couldn't use those staples. I needed to screw in brackets to hold the canvas in place.

Wood screws would not work in the frame for hanging picture! Otherwise a great frame.
