Didn’t get a response from customers net service but great product

Great experience, fast delivery

Shipping was stuffed up by Startrack (they didn't come when they said they would and returned to sender even though I had called them prior twice to arrange redelivery) but the Zeek team were very helpful in getting another one sent to me. Still, took me about 2 weeks to get the mattress.

Sorry, can't give 5 stars as It's for our trundle and we haven't used it yet!

I am reasonably happy with the zeek hybrid. It is comfortable. Although cooler than my old mattress (memory foam) it is not as cool as I hoped and this was the main reason I chose zeek because of its high rating for hot sleepers. Also, another gripe, sorry - the courier delivery person said he didn't have time to help me get it upstairs. This cost me $200 to organise movers on top of the mattress price.
