Sorry but when you order something you expect to get what you ordered not some used part from who knows where. You did make good on the deal but that took several days, not sure how that happened never got an explanation?

I thought the ordering process was good. Unfortunately Younits sent the wrong water heater. I ordered a Propane water heater and they sent a Natural Gas water heater. Could have been a real dangerous situation if I had not noticed before installing. When I tried to reach customer service, no one answered the phone. Fortuantely I found someone there who would help me. Very inconvenient.

I ordered different units from three different websites on the same day. I've had the two not from Younits for a week already and AIT tells me I may have the Younits order early next week. Trying to wrap my head around the lost two weeks with my contractor.

It was 9 days from the time I ordered the part until it was shipped. If the part is out of stock or backordered, you should let the customer know that. If you are just that slow about filling orders, you won't last long in Internet marketing.

Your stock was wrong and you cancelled the order and never gave me credit. I emailed several times for the credit and I only received excuses. It has been going on 4 weeks.
