Claimed a card was in stock. Waited a week for shipping and then emailed them asking the status, only then they said they had to contact the Mitsubishi Factory since they didn’t have it. The card has been has been discontinued years ago and now they refused to respond to my email and I’m down $500

After several days of waiting, Younits cannot get the part from the manufacturer. Order was cancelled, refund issued. The refund through Pay Pal FAILED. No response from Younits to my recent email. I'm out about $500 right now!

I submitted order 000048044 two weeks ago and have not received a tracking number. It is on invoice 000010834. There is no phone number to call. The chat I left was unanswered. What is going on?

I ordered parts for my heat pump in the afternoon on a Friday. By the following Wednesday had not recieved any shipping information. Chatted with agent, was promised emails with shipping info. Got nothing. Two days later, chatted again. This time they sent bogus shipping tracking number for a package that was ordered by someone else weeks before I ordered. That tracking number said it was sent & delivered to Cincinattii (I am in Washington). I chatted again saying it was incorrect. Was promised I would get a true tracking number. . . I am still waiting for it to be shipped. Tomorrow will be two weeks since my original order, and I still have no shipping or tracking information. Meanwhile, my house is cold;, because my heat pump is not working. This is totally unacceptable.
