Paid alot for wrong parts

The person I dealt was nice. But I never got anything lose to the right part for my mini split. The first time I asked for the wrong part. My bad. The second time I asked for the part number younits gave me and that was also wrong. I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping for both parts. I wouldn't want to do business with younits again.

Not satisfied

I sent email irt shipping update and the Cust Serv responded that “As soon as the factory provides a tracking number, we will forward that”. I never received the update/tracking number and my order came in without knowing when to receive it. Will be my first and last to do business with the company.

Would not take a return for an item that was never out of the box because it was past the return date. I was willing to pay the 15% restock and shipping back
