I was disappointed to hear that the item I ordered was not in stock and would have to ship from manufacturer with a 12+ week wait.

Very happy that I could track down the part I needed, and the part was exactly what I needed, but the $30 shipping charge for a fairly small part was very disappointing.

I got the right part but wasn’t expecting it to have to be put on slow boat from china. I will say this though, none of my local suppliers could get it and you came through!

Ty Price. He did an excellent job with communication until I bough the product then I could not get anyone to talk to me about tracking number. We left a phone message. We left another live chat message. Just when I started thinking I had been cheated the product was delivered to my mail box. My next step was to call the credit card and police to file a report. I live in a rural area so I am glad it worked out I got it before someone stole it, since I did not know it was coming. Please send tracking numbers to your customers this is not a good way to get return business.
