I could never get ahold of any one either phone or email. I was just going to cancel when package arrived, to close for comfort'

The filters were out of stock after I placed my order. I was given the opportunity to cancel the order, but I needed them and had to wait nearly a month for the filters. Sadly the delivery service left the box in front of our garage door at night. When my husband came home late from work, he didn't expect a box to be there and hit it, damaging 4 of the 6. Not exactly Younits's fault but an unfortunate experience.
