I would give 5 stars except I had to make two contacts before getting an answer plus it has been 20 days since the order was placed and I did not receive any communication during this time except at the time of purchase.

Price beat the competition. However, there was a total lack of communication after order was placed. Not even an email confirmation was received much less a receipt or shipping information.

Met all expectations

Good price, received in good condition. Would have liked to receive a shipping notification.

Took a little time to get the process started but once Younits got the replacement remote going with Mitsubishi it was pretty quick. Having to go to the manufacturer seems a little laborious. Ultimately, I'm very satisfied with Younits!
