I purchased WiFi modules for my minisplit. Younits had a great price ex wat below my local hvac contractor. They delivered it quickly and packaged it well. I didn’t receive a shipping email or tracking info, so the package was sitting on my porch without my knowledge.

Although I called twice to get a tracking number so I could track the part and coordinate it with the installer, I never got that number. However, the part arrived quickly and it was the correct part—so I didn’t need it.

Shipping, delivery and checkout all went smoothly. Nothing really exceptional to earn 5 stars, but all satisfactory.

The overall experience with Younits was quite good. I purchased my boiler from Allan who was very thorough in the explanation of the unit purchased. The delivery of the boiler took a few days longer than anticipated, being shipped from Chicago to Seattle Washington. The boiler did arrive in excellent condition and thoroughly packed on a wooden pallet. The delivery person was very helpful in bringing the boiler to the appropriate place in my home. The overall purchase experience was positive, I would recommend Younits to a friend and purchase from them again. Eric in Everett, WA
