Everything worked out great.George was very helpful helping us out a few times before we decide on the Mishibishi. Our items arrived very well packed with no damage. They have been installed by a license d HVAC tech and we are just waiting for the final testing. Would I purchase through them again absolutely. Ordered a radiator. When it arrived the air vent was seized. Younits was very good about getting a replacement out to us.
