They were selling something that they didn’t have in stock. It had to be ordered from the factory and shipped directly to me. I guess the good thing is they didn’t drag it out for too long after a week they said they couldn’t get it and gave me a refund.

Great chat support, however, errors listing parts in stock. Chat before you order, even though it's listed as in stock, it may not be. . .

I had a hard to find part for my cooling unit. Younits. com web site was easy to walk through. It was difficult, at first, to figure out how to find this part. Thanks to a local company's suggestion, I was able to search more affectively to find this part. The email communication with Younits. com was very helpful. . Only surprise for me was the cost of the shipping. Higher than I expected.
