Neste momento é péssima.

You order and weber takes your money and then you hear nothing for a long time. Then one day you wil get a mail out of nowhere saying it is on its way and here is a link, if you click on it on your mobile it does not work. If you click on it on the laptop it just says it is at a warehouse. You then get 0 communication for another week and then magically they just tell you we're coming now. So unless you're lucky enough to not work and be at home for months at a time it is impossible to plan to receive the order. Shocking, you charge a premium price for a very bad service.

Não recebi o artigo comprado: fraude!

Varias vezes comuniquei com a Weber para que ajudam-me a registrar o meu fumador…e AINDA nao esta….porque quando tento eu nao funciona… Varias vezes estou a tentar de comunicar com a Weber sobre uma devolução e ainda nao recebi uma resposta. Varias vezes tive que mandar as fotografias sobre outras encomendas, chegaram partidas…mandei as ultimas ontem. Quando e que alguem da Weber vai poder por favor ajudar-me. Sou uma cliente de Weber desde 2005 em Arizona, ate que veio aqui viver em Santarem Portugal. E a primeira grande compra que fiz foi para um Grelhador a Gas Genesis II e o Grelhador a pellets de madeira SmokeFire EX6 GBS.
