I wanted to return the chairs. Since you don't help with that. . . . . hmmm the cost of shipping is about the same cost as chairs. Won't be ordering merch from you folks. I was returning because the seat ,front to back, was uncomfortably shallow. So for people with short femurs. The chairs arrived in a timely fashion. Also the "red "chair color was sort of coral.

I thought these would be more high-end than they really turned out to be. First, although listed as a chrome finished napkin ring, the finish doesn't look as polished as chrome would, it actually appears more like stainless steel. Also, I envisioned them being more on the heavy side and they are actually quite lightweight, which is not what I was looking for. Overall, they are okay in my opinion. Since the hassle of returning them seems daunting, I will keep them and use them for more casual affairs versus what I had planned on using them for when I purchased them. Hope this review guides others in deciding.

The photo of the bath mat was not a good match for what arrived. So I returned the bath mat. But Unison does not streamline returns. No return label included. UPS postage using the original box was excessive. Not likely to order items from them in the future. (Online ordering needs to be coupled with a simple return process. )
