Great product. Disappointed in Unison and won't buy from them again. They charge a very high shipping fee (in an era where many companies include for free and even international shipping costs less). Unison doesn't know how to create accountability with their delivery partners. I spent 2+ hours wading through calls with delivery company #1 and company #2. Only received marginal help from Unison. And they refused to provide a full refund on the high shipping fee they charge. Only provided 50% after multiple requests. Will not buy from Unison again.

Low quality item

I purchased a king ivory hemp duvet cover. After 1 wash and little use I noticed the stitching coming apart (I can send photos if you would like to see). Considering the cost this is very disappointing.

Product standards are not uniform cup rims are wider on some colors then otheres inside enamel is spotted on some cups and discolored gray crackle on others poor production techniques will not recommend overall

Lamp was very poor quality…
