I love the color, shape/style but the paint was drippy in places and was not a smooth finish across all the surfaces.

I wanted to love these towels! They look amazing. But after the 1st wash (delicate, cold water), there was an incredible amount of lint sitting on towels themselves - and shedding all over the bathroom. I had put a cup of vinegar in too to prevent that. I dried them per some research online & that helped a bit. But in addition, they really aren't very absorbent, & they take ages to dry out. So good looks are fine, but the quality could be higher.

Surprising to me that you seem never to offer free shipping as a promotional perk, or even free shipping at a certain purchase level. Also, no free exchanges. You sell beautiful goods, but transactions are just too expensive.

I recently purchased a basket that was too large for the space intended. I would have considered the smaller size but the return shipping charges of the original item was $35, more that 50% of the cost of the item. No exchange policy to mitigate shipping costs.
