Service was ok but bag not comfortable to hold

The packaging was really nice, but the item I bought didn’t work out for me. And the fact that customers have to pay for return shipping isn’t great.

After postage was added, this nice, simple, environmentally friendly bath mat cost over $130, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Beautiful piece, once assembled, but more work than I was expecting to put it together.
