Mixed blessings
I ordered a tin of stain and was sent the wrong product. A quick online chat and I was told a replacement would be sent out, so great customer service so far. I received an email confirmation the new product, but it took a very long time to arrive. I phoned and was told there were no appropriate sized boxes in stock, so my order was being held up. I didn't mind this, but l would have appreciated an email or a phone call to keep me informed of the reason for the delay. Product arrived two or three days later. I managed to complete the job on my front windowsill and all is good again.
