The screws we had of off you last week most of the heads just broke off that's why we have not ordered more and we have had to buy more screws elsewhere.

Order was placed a week ago. Can’t get any update about delivery date from company’s website or Courier service. Was reassured phone call back for delivery update to no avail. Very defensive attitude that issues with courier’s incompetence has nothing to do with them. Verbal apologies which aren’t good enough! I guess that’s what one gets for getting competitive price & arrogant services.

Well bought some paint, then they say that they will SMS you for collection but don't because of there policy is that you can not collect until you get an SMS which I still have not received and also my paint.
