Terrible customer service skills, i ordered a bike that arrived end of november, we went to assemble it for christmas finding the front was damaged so it was unuseable. It was meant to be a gift from santa but there was no answer from any customer services until the 29th december. Totally missing any christmas replacements. Then on the 29th i finally got through and i was told to email the problem which i had already done on the 23rd dec, its now the 30th evening and still nothing. So dissapointed and i cants say how disappointed my son was without his bike for Christmas.
