No tracking emails, no updates about the order which I have never received. The worst online shopping experience!

It was lost in post.

The design on the bottle is lovely but it leaks! Very poorly made and when I tried to contact the company it’s been impossible. Waste of money!

Second time I have used this company, sadly the last. Trackback cancelled order and then immediately relisted items at double the price. Not professional and not the way to gain customer loyalty
