Took over 3 weeks for item to turn up

If I could give lower I would. Ordered my item 1st June with 3-5 days delivery. 7th June still no item so contacted for an update. They told me it was damaeg in transit and had to be returned and said they would send a new one out on Monday when they had stock. It's 19th June and still no item delivered. No one has provided me with an update on the item nor refunded me. I have now emailed again asking for a refund! Shocking customer service, they just take your money and don't care if you are left waiting for weeks or don't receive your item at all!

Worst customer experience. Do NOT order from this company. Faulty item sent. I paid for next day delivery and order arrived after 5 days. Customer service said the delivery fee would be refunded but it hasn’t been. Any attempt to reach out to them has been ignored. AVOID!

Don’t be fooled by this company I purchased a battery for my boys jeep it showed on the website battery and charger £100 you only get the battery it’s now been amended and says charger sold separately but you can buy these batteries from Cef electrical outlet for about £15 each all you do is link them as your old set and save yourself £70.. You can never get through on the phone to customer service and refund took forever
