Order took way too long. 5-7 working days was quoted, more like 10 working days. Got a email saying order was dispatched a full week after ordering. My son was avidly waiting from working day no. 6 onwards only for him to be disappointed four different days. Quicker order resolution to despatch should be worked on so you can make your 5-7 working day promise.
