Delivery good. Return communication not brilliant

Delivery was very late. Had to email to find out why the delay.

Delivery took a lot longer than stated. Also o received no email to track the order. When it arrived I got it in two separate delivery’s - I did not know this would happen so after the first came I thought some was missing which I then had to call about. The man I spoke to was very helpful all the same. You just need a little bit of work on managing expectations. But I would use you again.

Ordered the moon night light it's smaller than I would have liked. Took 12 days to arrive from the date ordered.
