Great products but people in product support lack the necessary knowledge of the Items they sell.

I received an impartial order, missing a lock pin to make this cross work. I have been waiting for a month, and nothing. I would rate it great if I could actually used what I purchased.

Poor quality, workmanship. Arrived with broken parts, unrelated to shipping. Poor quality control. .

The first delivery attempt did not go well. The bar took a day long journey throughout the greater Ventura County area and went back to the shipping facility. After locating the item, the shipper thought the item might have been damaged. Delivery was refused by the customer. A replacement bar was shipped and again took a day trip throughout the county. Next day it was put back on a truck for delivery however when the driver looked for the item, it was not on the truck. The bar was finally delivered by a different delivery truck and left in the garage. The packaging is pretty banged up appearing to have made the trip from the originator to the delivery point via Siberia end over end. (See attached pictures) The bar has not been unboxed yet due to being delivered at day's end. In the light of day, any damage will be visable and further comment will be made.
