The website will malfunction if you order and try to sign up for an account at the same time. You will not get an order confirmation page and the confirmation email will be delayed about 30 minutes. I thought this was an error so I ordered again. The return process was a nightmare. They are not able to cancel orders until after they have shipped. At which point, they have to call FedEx to reroute it. The first rep I had lied about what he could and couldn't do. He also didn't document things that I specifically asked him to. The other agents were great but the whole process took about 5 hours on the phone and dozens of emails. I received my refund on 1/10/2022 when my original order was 12/7/2021. I should have just ordered through Amazon. I was trying to help out the company by ordering directly. What a nightmare.

Product was never delivered. Lost in shipment. But know one had any idea where it was or if it was ever going to be delivered.
