Shockingly Bad

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order on 22 November for delivery on Saturday 30 November. Nothing arrived, no phone call, nothing. I had to contact them by email as couldn’t get through on the phone. It is now Monday 2 December, still no phone call or email to let me know what’s happening and yet again I can’t get through on the phone. I am sleeping on the floor thanks to this company. Do not use.

'Forgot" to deliver my mattress

I waited in for my mattress at my new flat the entire delivery slot, took the day off work to receive it. I then phoned them up to check where it was and they told me they'd forgotten to deliver it, so would have to deliver it the next day. So, I had to arrange to travel to a friend to stay there. The next day, the mattress was delivered, 2 hours late. And they didn't even help me get it up the stairs in my flat. I asked for some compensation for the night I had to travel and stay at a friend's and they went mysteriously quiet and haven't answered any of my emails. Couldn't have been worse really!

Still waiting

I ordered a mattress on 2/6/19 and I’m still waiting for delivery. I have had no notification of delivery date, and was expecting it to be between 3 and 10 days which have now passed and still no information and no mattress

Product not as requested

The memeory foam mattress delivered to us was not to the right specifications as we ordered and resulted in back pain issues. The delivery process was extremely poor and inflexible, to beginb with. Overall poor experience
