I requested a delivery date which was completely ignored without explanation. Four days later I was notified that the item would be delivered but it never arrived. Again I received no explanation. The item finally arrived five days late with no pre-delivery email or text. It was a good job we were in!!

I've had an invite to review this site before even receiving the goods that I ordered, have had no update from company regarding order status, very quick to take my money though..so far not at all happy with service from Sleepstation

I ordered a bed on 18 August, The lead time was supposed to be up to 21 days. I heard nothing about delivery so on 14 Sept phoned the sleep sation. It was an answer phone. I heft a message asking when the delivery would be possible. No reply. I phoned a couple of more times and on the following day I was told it could be on Tues 18 Sept. This I agreed to. On the actual day however no bed was delivered - only the matress. The saga continues and is not complete. An apology and payment to cover the cost of having to stay in. Would be appreciated. Note: the card payment was taken on Aug 18 - one month ago.
