Ordered, delivered all fine product was NOT what I ordered as per website “sprung slats for extra comfort” fixed slats. Headboard not white as described but white wax very disappointed awaiting pick up & refund! Customer service Matthew very helpful

Ordered on a Wednesday and included a question about despatch. No communication at all (apart from the email order confirmation) by the Sunday, so I cancelled and purchased the item elsewhere unfortunately. Received a one-line email very promptly confirming cancellation but no indication of refund timescales and I had to chase after 5 days. Disappointing.

I was pleased with the bed and mattress I purchased for my daughter, however I was disappointed that the delivery men refused to take the bed and mattress upstairs and left them in her living room.
