Horn blower Single bed with trundle

I found the website fine to purchase the bed, great price. But the real reason I chose Sleepstation was that I could pick a delivery day so I could take a day off work. However, the bed didn’t get delivered that day. Or the next. The courier was responsive luckily and could help me get a sensible delivery slot on the third day. The bed seems good quality. A little hard to put together without predrilled holes but my son and I have done it and he’s thrilled.

Great bed - shame about the delivery

Now the bed has arrived it looks excellent and is great quality. Unfortunately the delivery company used by The Sleep Station let them down in spades. We live in the Westcountry on mainland England, but the delivery company only come down this way on Mondays & Thursdays. Although they collect from the manufacturer on a Thursday/Friday it is the following Thursday before they try to deliver - that's once if their van doesn't break down enroute, and twice if they have both packages (that they didn't notice the time their van broke down). So the order placed on Sunday 13 Jan eventually arrives 21 February - 6 weeks. The Sleep Station were very good and gave me a rebate on the price - but it doesn't make up for the fact I had guests sleeping on the floor on the new mattress.

Book case bed

I ordered and payed for this product, however the day of delivery I had an email saying his product was out of stock and would I like to select something else or a refund. I asked for a refund which was granted so no problem there. It just took a while for the money to be back in my account.

Another let down

I ordered a set of bedside drawers to match some other furniture from a company that at the last minute said they didnt have the drawers. I had 2 options send all the furniture back and reorder from elsewhere or accept the rest of the order and try to get the drawers from another company so i did this as sleepstation said they had them in stock then 1 hour later i got an email saying its not in stock now I'm stuck with the other furniture and no drawers( thanks very much ) The only positive thing was that i was refunded straight away without chasing my money.
