I was very skeptical ordering sight unseen from an online store, especially when spending so much money for a dining room. I did have to contact them and they were friendly and helpful. Unbelievably, the shipment arrived 2 1/2 weeks after it was ordered, as stated. The local furniture stores had a 3 month or more wait!! When it arrived, everything was so carefully packed and protected. The quality of the product is incredible. The instructions were horrible and at least an hour of time was spent figuring out what piece went where on the china cabinet. But it is gorgeous, SOLUD furniture, I highly recommend Sohomod, and I will definitely be purchasing more furniture and recommending them to everyone.

I have received several great items at great prices. I have also received several that looked nothing or not quite like the image advertised. Customer service has generally been great about resolving issues and taking responsibility for problems.
