I order from there all the time. More so recently because we bought a new condo and I have been happy with most of the items. A few small issues here and there that the Sohomod customer services handled very well.

The chair was great! Quality was nice!

The sofa arrived a day before it was set to be at my house. It was very well protected, all pieces were safely in the box, it looks exactly like the pictures on the website, and putting it together was a breeze!
