We ran into some issues with delivery that were not caused by SlumberSource but the Oakland shipping yard. Todd and the team worked tirelessly to help us get the delivery to my parents. My parents are thrilled with their bed and I am grateful for the extra effort put in by SlumberSource.

My mom is very comfortable in this bed. The bed moves well and the hi -low adjustments are perfect for her and for her caregivers to move her safely at her assisted living. Would recommend to others.

The experience that we had with Slumbersource was much above and beyond expectations and competitors We needed a medical bed for my dad coming home and it was very urgent! Not only all expectations ( including exact delivery dates etc) were super clear on their site, the price was reasonable, and customer service way beyond expectations It was such night and day that we even shared our feedback with their competitor who followed up on us not going with them - they found it very helpful! They answered the phone Friday evening, were very accommodating and knowledgeable , setup delivery perfectly and managed every step of the way.

The bed is easy to use and is comfortable for the person who uses it!
