I am wheelchair bound and was having increasing difficulty making transfers to and from my old bed. I am so glad that I found Todd. He was very generous with his time and able to answer all my questions. He has taught me more than I ever knew about mattresses and beds. I purchased the Dawn House bed through the website. The process was very easy. Even though there was a shipping problem from the factory (out of SlumberSource control), I am more than satisfied with the care I received. They kept me informed every step of the way and I truly felt they had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. The team did a great job installing the bed once all the components arrived. The bed itself has made a world of difference. The mattress is very comfortable. Features such as voice activation and integration with my iPhone have also turned out to be very useful. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I could not find a bed locally so I looked online, I was a bit skeptical spending so much site unseen but very happy we went with Slumber Source! The bed was fairly easy to set up but very heavy so having at least two people to set up is a must. Quality is great and the motors are extremely quiet and operate very smoothly. The build is super sturdy and I would definitely buy again! Todd and Mickey were very helpful throughout the purchase and delivery! Thank you! Steve M
