The best thing about my purchase was the service provided by salesman Todd Cook and Logistics Mgr. Miquel Valdez. The bed is as advertised. There were problems with delivery and the white glove set up. I feel that the installation crew was setting up this bed for the first time. They did the best they could but still had to be called back to make corrections.

The headboard ordered did not arrive with the bed. Still awaiting that delivery. . . My husband does like his new bed--comfortable and it gives him a good night's sleep.

Delivery and set up date kept getting changed. Was satisfied with ordering the bed and set up father and son were helpful in not letting delivery driver leave until everything was checked to be sue nothing was damaged. Also they were helpful to be sure we were shown and understood operation of the bed.

Bed was shipped without the mattress and Slumber Source and the freight company blamed each other. Slumber Source's response to the issue was lack luster at best. $150 discount for $500 "white glove" delivery that was missing a key component of the bed -the mattress....after stating they would refund $250 via text was a joke.
