On the website, it suggested an earlier delivery date, but once ordered it was a week + later. On delivery day, the facility was unaware of the delivery and the set-up people showed up after 5 pm. In the end, we are happy with the bed.

Although there were a few issues with installation, very pleased with service and bed.

Purchased bed for my immobile wife. I transport her via Hoyer lift. One of very few beds that lift flat very high which assists with caregiver duties. So very satisfied. Since Hoyer lift goes under bed, make sure wires are not hanging down to interfere with lift. Had a few issues with Slumbersource, but all were resolved to my satisfaction. Recommend this bed.

The bed is good, perfect mattress for my Mom. Purchased this for her as she is not able to transfer herself. My only negative is I was under the impression it raised while flat before turning. I have to change her and need at least another 6” up without breaking my back. Set up and customer service are great!
