Although there were a few issues with installation, very pleased with service and bed.

Purchased bed for my immobile wife. I transport her via Hoyer lift. One of very few beds that lift flat very high which assists with caregiver duties. So very satisfied. Since Hoyer lift goes under bed, make sure wires are not hanging down to interfere with lift. Had a few issues with Slumbersource, but all were resolved to my satisfaction. Recommend this bed.

The bed is good, perfect mattress for my Mom. Purchased this for her as she is not able to transfer herself. My only negative is I was under the impression it raised while flat before turning. I have to change her and need at least another 6” up without breaking my back. Set up and customer service are great!

The purchase of the bed was excellent. The only issue was at delivery. The bed was delivered by a delivery company that did not handle it correctly. Scratched the bed. The scratches are the underside but the bed worked. Also, there was not enough support to install the bed. I paid for installation. If my brother and law and I had not help it could not have been installed. One person is not enough to move a bed that weighs 400 pounds in the crate.

The bed is comfortable and delivery and setup were great. My one big problem is with the side rail on the side of the bed where I get in. It is useless to me. If the rail is down, it is out of my reach, but if it is up, I can't get around it and into the bed without ending up way too far down in the bed. This rail is the same length as the one on my old hospital bed, but, the way it is raises makes it end up about 1 foot farther down my bed. I don't think there is any thing that can be done about it, but I would like to hear from someone.
