Todd was very patient in providing all the information I requested over a period of several weeks while I was doing my search for the right bed. The price was competitive and the delivery was on time as promised. The communication was excellent as Todd kept in touch throughout the ordering and delivering process.

I saw the add claiming 3 to 5 day delivery free shipping and set up. I was skeptical, so I sent e-mail asking questions and got a very quick response from Todd who answered all my questions. Todd made me feel comfortable about purchasing from a company in TX that I had never done business with before (I live in IL). Todd didn't stop there, he called me several times with updates keeping me informed about the delivery making sure the set up guys were there and I couldn't be happier. Had a great experience dealing with Slumber Source. Mattress arrived next day via Fed-Ex. I would recommend letting mattress stand for at least 48 hours before sleeping on it. Especially if you receive your mattress during the winter months.
