I ordered 2 Reverie twin XL bases (for a King size bed). They came packaged securely. The white glove treatment went smoothly. Todd from SlumberSource went above and beyond even after the sale. Will definitely buy from them again. Great price, great service. Highly recommend.

This be is truly an amazing product, whis has allowed us to extend a loved one's time of care in the home. It was a pleasure working with SlumberSource. A few minor hiccups that I bring up as helpful suggestions. The bed as delivered was configured for exitbon the wrong side, although the installers were able to correct in the field. The installers were courteous and generally very competent, although made a couplr of mistakes that I was able to correct: 1) they left in place a heavy metal shipping bracket) and 2) they did not open up the top frame panel to full width. Also, it would be helpful to clarify that the installers will not remove any of the shipping material.
