Won't order again

I called fives times last week about the status of an order I placed august 8- I never received a call back. I also sent an email to which I never received a resposne.Today I received an email saying my order was shipping this week. the last time i ordered i was shipped only one item of the nine i ordered.

Very poor vendor communications. I have not received the product; the order was placed on August 9 and it is now August 31... Ray Padula is an unresponsive company - they dont pick up the phones and they dont respond when you fill out the online form.

Hose does not appear to be properly connected to the “plastic end piece”. I sent an email,explaining that we are in the middle of a heatwave and my lung health makes it nearly impossible to breathe. I can’t check out why the hose seems disjointed. The “water wand” barely trickles and I cut 2 small branches (approx. size of finger)and couldn’t cut the third one.Seems to have gone dull. I sent an email explaining these very problems but got no response.
