Hose does not appear to be properly connected to the “plastic end piece”. I sent an email,explaining that we are in the middle of a heatwave and my lung health makes it nearly impossible to breathe. I can’t check out why the hose seems disjointed. The “water wand” barely trickles and I cut 2 small branches (approx. size of finger)and couldn’t cut the third one.Seems to have gone dull. I sent an email explaining these very problems but got no response.

Worst customer service I have received in many many years. Unanswered emails , no one answers the phone in customer service and no call back after leaving many many voicemails
