Only one of the three sprinklers I ordered worked properly. The other two do not oscillate at all. There’s no way of knowing this before hooking them up to the hose and turning it on but because I did this, it is now considered “used”. I can’t return them now because of this company’s policy on returning used items. I’m not satisfied, and won’t be purchasing any more Ray Padua products in the future.

Everything was great except the wrong item was shipped, which is really not a good thing.

I like your products, but I was shipped incorrect items, and the plastic easy connects do not match with your metal ones, so thats another waste of time,money, and plastic.

nonexistent customer service. tried correcting my order within 2 minutes of ordering. no answer on phone calls nor emails, even after multiple attempts. horrible experience...
