I sent this in an email to you one week ago today, to which you have not responded. Would you like to respond now? I am not satisfied with my recent order of Thumb Control Adjustable Metal Hose Nozzle RP-SRNO-M. As soon as I slide the control, the 2 green plugs fall off. I want to return the item for refund. Good product for low water pressure. Shipping was normal. I would buy again from this company.

Product is ok. I purchased two oscillators and only one worked. Contacted customer service and got no response. Would like to return the broken one! Not happy with customer service :(
