I emailed customer service to start a return and didn’t get an answer. Also on the website there weren’t buttons to click on to be able to instigate the return.

Love hate my sheets. They are cooling soft & comfortable how ever the color fove grey is a wrong color name. I need a grey not a tan color

I was hoping to replace my favorite pillow that I bought years ago and the pillow I got was way too firm so I had to return it. Unfortunately, they gave me free pillowcases, which they wouldn’t let me return and then charged me for with the return of my pillow so I’m out $45 from “free” pillowcases that I didn’t want and shipping and I didn’t get to replace my favorite pillow. I would’ve been so happy if they were still making my pillow!

Everything went smooth, but the complimentary pillow cases you sent were the wrong size for the pillows I bought. K sized pillows and Q sized pillow cases.
