Don’t like it. Would like to return. Give instructions for the return please

Not a comfortable pillow. I bought 2 King size. There is virtually no give, extremely firm. Very heavy. The off gassing from the foams/chemicals is very prevalent 2 weeks after delivery. I've never had an issue with PureCare products. Im still a believer, just not for this particular pillow.

Shipping was fine. Pillow was a huge disappointment.

My first order was wrong. I had to send pictures of what I received as if I was lying. Then I was issued a return label to send back everything. Then entire order was not wrong though. I would not recommend buying anything from this business.

Bad waste of $$
