I've contacted "customer service" multiple

I've contacted "customer service" multiple times regarding a refund I was told was going back onto my VISA over 2 weeks ago. Multiple calls and emails have led nowhere. Its obvious that Purecare does not care about customer satisfaction. There are multiple other competitors with the same or comparable products to purchase from. Especially in this economy, you should be excelling in customer service, not lacking. Very disappointing experience.

The worst. Return department I have ever dealt with it took over three weeks to get a return gift certificate on a pillow if you placed one order you should be able to send one order back in the same box not two different returns If you order a set of sheets do you have to send it back Several different return labels

I’ve called customer service twice

I’ve called customer service twice emailed once trying to get my credit for my other pillow I made a mistake and put them both in the same box of course it was only one order came in one box I’ve only been credited back for the one pillow

Right now (04/28/2022- 4:15 pm CT) I am opening the box where my order was sent and I discover that the king size protector is missing, you only sent 1 quen protector, 2 standard pillows and two king pillows; They forgot to put on the king size protector. What happened here, I need an answer, thanks
